Pronouns: In person/in private I don't mind what pronouns you use for me (any/all are fine - most people use they/them or she/her). In press coverage, for publication or broadcast, please just use 'Beth' instead of a pronoun. Dan Load is always he/him.
I prefer emails - I'm most likely to see emails at a time when I'm able to respond. I may miss DMs/WhatsApps, and will probably ask you to to email me if it's work-related.
